Worksense is a data analytics platform intended for people leaders to track their internal biases and make improvements to enhance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Brand Identity
The goal was to establish an approachable, professional personality for Worksense and create a modern website to be used by their customers. As a team, we came up with several design strategies. The client wanted to move forward with the Warm & Understated strategy. Below are further explorations into the creation of the Worksense brand.
Website Design
The gradients, waves, and illustrations are applied across the entire website. The use of gradient waves give the brand a modern feel and enhance the technical personality of Worksense.
